Clear session fees for private psychological therapy. Payment is by bank transfer before the appointment; full bank details are shared when you book.
Self-funded
Payment is requested in full by bank transfer before the appointment date. Once payment is received, your appointment is confirmed. Please use your full name as the payment reference.
Cancellation: less than 48 hours’ notice or non-attendance results in a 50% refund only.
Covered care
I work with a range of insurers. Cover depends on your policy, pre-authorisation, and the insurer’s terms. Please check your entitlement and share any authorisation details when you make contact.
If you are unsure whether therapy is the right next step, an initial enquiry by email is enough — there is no obligation to proceed.
