Trauma and PTSD
Single-incident or complex trauma, intrusive memories, hypervigilance, avoidance, and the lasting effects of overwhelming experiences.
Who I work with
I work with adults. Below are common reasons people get in touch — this is not an exhaustive list.
Single-incident or complex trauma, intrusive memories, hypervigilance, avoidance, and the lasting effects of overwhelming experiences.
Generalised anxiety, panic, social anxiety, health anxiety, and worry that has become exhausting or limiting.
Low mood, loss of motivation or meaning, self-criticism, and stuck patterns that therapy can help unravel.
Support around emotional regulation, self-esteem, executive strain, and the relational impact of living with ADHD as an adult.
Affirming psychological therapy for autistic adults — including burnout, masking, sensory load, and identity after late recognition.
Grief after loss, complicated mourning, and finding a way to live alongside what cannot be undone.
A respectful, affirming space for LGBTQ+ adults navigating identity, relationships, minority stress, or past invalidation.
Therapy works best when there is a good match. If your needs fall outside my scope, or another service would be more suitable, I will say so clearly and, where possible, suggest alternatives.
